Privacy notice

Who we are

SlickLab.Digital is an AI systems studio in Cebu City, Philippines. We decide why and how the data described here is used. Questions or requests: support@slicklab.digital.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form and enquiries from the chat. Your name, email, what you need and your message. We use it to reply. It reaches our inbox, and a copy is kept in a private log on our server so nothing is lost if email fails. We keep it as long as needed to reply and for our records, and delete it on request.
• Newsletter. Your email address, to send the Intelligence brief. Ask to be removed at any time.
• The chat agent. In guided mode, replies come from rules on our server. In AI mode, your messages are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the reply. We do not store the chat text: it lives in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. Our usage log records only the mode, which tools ran, token counts and timing.
• The Laboratory demo studio (see the next section).
• Abuse prevention. To stop spam and runaway costs we count requests per network address. Those counters are temporary and use a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself.
• Web hosting. Our host keeps standard server logs. The site itself loads no advertising or analytics trackers.

The demo studio in detail

The demo studio lets you test the chat agent on your own business. To limit cost and abuse, it needs a verified email address and gives each address 5 tests of up to 8 messages each.

• Your email address, to send a 6-digit sign-in code and to count your tests. Codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after 10 minutes. You agree to this notice when you sign up; that is our basis for processing it.
• A sign-in cookie called sl_demo. It is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, is HttpOnly, and lasts up to 14 days or until you sign out. There are no tracking cookies.
• Marketing preference. Optional and off unless you tick it. If you tick it we may send occasional updates about AI automation. You can switch it off in Account and privacy, or by email.
• The business details you type (name, line of business, products, prices, notes). They are used only to run your demo. They are deleted when the demo's messages are used up, or after 24 hours, whichever is first. In AI mode they are sent to Anthropic together with your messages to write the replies.
• Test count and timestamps, so the limit works.
• Nothing you enter is sent to your customers, your team or ours. The demo's hand-off is simulated.

Deleting your account. Open the demo studio, then Account and privacy, then delete. Your email, preferences and any details are erased at once. So that the free limit cannot be reset by deleting and signing up again, we keep a one-way keyed hash of your address and your test count. Neither can be turned back into your email address without already knowing it. Accounts that are idle for 12 months are reduced to that same record automatically.

Who else handles it

• Anthropic (United States) writes the chat agent's replies in AI mode. It processes that data under its commercial API terms.
• An email delivery service sends the sign-in codes, and our web host runs the site.
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Some of these providers are outside the Philippines, so your data can be processed abroad.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask to see, correct, block or erase your personal data, object to how it is used, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. Email support@slicklab.digital and we will answer within a reasonable time. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Security and changes

Account data sits in a private folder that the web server does not serve. Codes and session tokens are stored hashed, sign-in attempts are rate limited, and the studio only accepts requests from this site. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put anything in the demo you would not put in an email.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and say so on the demo studio.
