AI automation products for everyday business work

Each one takes a job that repeats, such as answering a lead, sorting an inbox or reading an invoice, and runs it the same way every time. Every product below says plainly whether it is live, in build, or something we can build for you.

The products

Pick the job you want off your plate

01 In build

Lead Responder

Every lead from a web form, ad or missed call is answered straight away, checked against your own rules and service area, and booked exactly once, even if the same request arrives twice.

Where it stands: The engine is built and tested against stand-in vendors, and a demo is live. Real SMS, calendar and CRM connections are added per client.

A person stays in charge

Emergencies and anything unclear go to a person. The system never resolves a safety issue alone.

Why it is on this list

74% of 573 service businesses surveyed do not answer a new lead within five minutes. Source

How it runs

  1. A lead arrives from a web form, an ad or a missed call and is saved as one record.

  2. The same person, or the same request arriving twice, is recognised and handled once.

  3. Your own rules check the service, the area and the urgency. The AI only reads the free text.

  4. The slot is checked again and booked exactly once, even if the request is retried.

  5. The lead and the booking are written to your CRM, or queued and retried if it is down.

  6. Every step is recorded under one trace, so you can see what happened and why.

02 Available to build

AI Receptionist

Answers the phone when you cannot, or texts back after a missed call. It takes the caller's details, answers common questions from your own information, and books the visit.

Where it stands: Not built yet. It would run on the same engine as the Lead Responder, with a phone line added.

A person stays in charge

It says it is an AI at the start of every call, texts only people who agreed to be texted, and passes urgent calls to a person.

Why it is on this list

Voice agents: about USD 2.3 billion in 2025, forecast to reach USD 27.5 billion by 2032. Source

How it runs

  1. It picks up when you cannot, or texts straight after a missed call, and says it is an AI.

  2. Name, number and what the caller needs, read back to confirm.

  3. Hours, prices and service area, answered only from information you supply.

  4. Offers free slots from your calendar and books the visit once.

  5. Urgent or unclear calls go to a person, with the details taken so far.

  6. You get a short summary of each call and what was booked.

Support Agent

Answers visitors from your published content and prices, runs the numbers, and drafts an enquiry for the visitor to review and send. It shows each step as it works.

Where it stands: This is the chat on this website. Open it from the corner of any page.

A person stays in charge

It never sends anything on its own, and it hands over to a person whenever asked.

Why it is on this list

Customer service and virtual assistants are the largest use of AI agents, a market of about USD 11.6 billion in 2026. Source

How it runs

  1. Works out what the visitor is asking, on the page they are on.

  2. Finds the answer in your published services, prices and pages, and nowhere else.

  3. Runs the numbers in fixed code, such as a savings estimate. The AI never does the arithmetic.

  4. Fills in an enquiry for the visitor to review. The visitor sends it, not the agent.

  5. Offers a person whenever the visitor asks, or when the question is outside what it knows.

  6. Records which tools ran and how long they took. No chat text is stored.

Inbox Triage

Each incoming message becomes one job. It is labelled by kind and urgency, fixed rules decide what may happen, routine enquiries get an acknowledgement, and the rest wait on a review board.

Where it stands: This handles the enquiries sent through our own contact form.

A person stays in charge

The AI never writes the reply. Complaints and urgent messages always wait for a person.

Why it is on this list

We have no market figure we trust for this one. It is here because it runs on our own inbox every day.

How it runs

  1. The contact form checks the message and queues it as one job.

  2. Fixed rules drop bulk mail and no-reply senders, and flag urgent or support messages.

  3. The message is labelled by kind and urgency, and whether a person should read it.

  4. The labels can only make the outcome more careful, never less.

  5. Anything sensitive waits for a person before any reply goes out.

  6. One reply per message is staged, sent and recorded. A failed send is retried.

05 Available to build

Invoice and Document Intake

Reads invoices, receipts and forms as they arrive, pulls out the fields you need, and sends approved entries to your accounting or records system.

Where it stands: Not built yet.

A person stays in charge

Any field it is unsure of goes to a review queue. Nothing is posted or paid without a person approving it.

Why it is on this list

Document processing: USD 3.17 billion in 2026, growing about 17.8% a year. Small and mid-size businesses are growing faster, at about 19.4%. Source

How it runs

  1. Invoices and forms arrive by email, upload or a shared folder.

  2. Each document is read, including scans and photos.

  3. Supplier, date, amounts and line items are pulled out, each with a confidence level.

  4. Fixed code checks that the lines add up and flags likely duplicates.

  5. Anything uncertain, or over a limit you set, waits for a person to confirm.

  6. Approved entries go to your accounting or records system, with a note of who approved.

06 Available to build

Review Responder

Watches for new customer reviews, drafts a reply in your own voice, and alerts you at once when a review is negative.

Where it stands: Not built yet.

A person stays in charge

You approve every reply before it is posted. It never writes or requests fake reviews.

Why it is on this list

Reputation management: USD 7.75 billion in 2026, growing about 12.6% a year. Small-business subscriptions are growing at about 16.7%. Source

How it runs

  1. New reviews are collected from the sites you choose.

  2. Each review is sorted by rating and topic. A negative one alerts you at once.

  3. A reply is drafted in your voice from what the review actually says.

  4. You read, edit and approve every reply.

  5. The approved reply is posted under your name.

  6. A monthly summary shows ratings, common themes and how fast you replied.

07 In build

Content Distribution

Upload a video once. It is published to YouTube, Facebook and TikTok through each platform's own official connection, with a status page for every job.

Where it stands: The YouTube and TikTok connections are built. Facebook and the single-upload step that publishes to all three are still to come.

A person stays in charge

It runs in practice mode by default, so nothing goes public until you switch a platform on.

Why it is on this list

We have no market figure we trust for this one. It is here because we are building it for our own channels.

How it runs

  1. You upload the video with its title and description one time.

  2. A job is created for each platform you have switched on.

  3. Published through YouTube's official connection. This part is built.

  4. Published through TikTok's official connection. This part is built.

  5. Published through Facebook's official connection. This part is not built yet.

  6. A status page shows the result for each platform, and any error.

Built the same way

One standard, one method

In every product the rules decide and the AI assists, a person can step in, the system says what it is, and every step is recorded. Each build follows the Project Factory: research first, architecture before any AI agent, and an audit run by code before release.

How these were chosen

Selected against 2026 market data

We looked at where businesses are adopting automation and where the spending is growing, then kept the jobs we can build well. Each figure below was read on the publisher's own page on 6 October 2026. Research firms define these markets differently and their estimates differ, so read the numbers as direction, not as precise totals.

Inbox Triage and Content Distribution have no row because we found no market figure we trust for them. They are listed because we run or are building them ourselves.
