The study loop

Learn it, prove it, drill it, pass it

  1. Short, focused lessons written for hands-on learners: visualize it, then replicate it.

  2. Score 80% or more on the mini-quiz to unlock the next lesson. Anything missed comes back.

  3. Missed-question drills and flashcards on the weak spots, then a live battle against the crew.

  4. Clear a full timed mock at 70%, and walk into the real exam already used to it.

Question bank560+ questions

Even the wrong answers teach

Every question carries an explanation of the right answer and a note on why the tempting wrong ones are wrong, because on the real exam the distractors are the hard part. Multi-select questions say how many to pick, exactly like the exam does.

  • CSA · 279 questions across 22 categories
  • CAD · 109 questions across 11 categories
  • CIS-CSM · 180 questions across configuration, the data model, case management, knowledge and workspaces
  • Lessons, reviewers and topic content edited by an admin, without a code change

The prep kit

Six ways to study, one score

Points, rank tiers, daily streaks and team leaderboards tie it together, so revision is something people come back to.

Good to know

How it runs

Is it official ServiceNow training?

No. SlickNow.Learning is independent study and exam prep. The certifications themselves are issued by ServiceNow when you pass their exams.

How does access work?

A free daily pass gives an hour a day of Topics, Flashcards, Mock Exams and Focus Coach. Pro unlocks everything with no time limit, month to month, paid through GCash, so learners stay while they prep and stop when they pass.

Are the reviews real?

A member signs in with Google, GitHub or LinkedIn before a review is accepted. Sharing a review earns two days of Pro, and the site says so; it does not publish paid or invented quotes.

What is it built with?

PHP and MySQL on a plain host, with vanilla JavaScript in the browser: no framework, so it runs on inexpensive hosting.
