How it works

01

Four areas

Data is whether the information an AI would need is written down and current. Process is whether the task is clear, frequent and checked. Systems is whether your tools can be connected safely. People & risk is who owns it and how carefully you want to start.

02

Simple scoring

Each answer scores 0 to 3. Your overall score is your points out of 30, shown out of 100. Each area is scored the same way, so you can see which one is holding you back.

03

One thing to fix first

The result names your weakest area and the most useful first step for it. Fixing that one area usually does more than improving the ones that are already strong.

Questions

How is this different from the 2-minute automation audit?

The automation audit looks at how your business runs today and where time goes. This checker looks at whether you are ready to use AI well: whether your information is written down, your process is clear, your tools can be connected and someone will own the result.

What does the score mean?

It is the share of points you scored across ten questions, each worth 0 to 3. Below 35 means fix the basics first; 35 to 54 means you are getting there; 55 to 77 means you are ready for one small pilot; 78 and above means you are ready to run AI on more than one workflow.

I scored low. Should I give up on AI?

No. A low score usually means the first job is writing things down and choosing an owner, not buying software. Those steps make any later AI project cheaper and safer, and most of them cost nothing but time.

Is anything I answer stored or sent?

No. The scoring runs in your browser and nothing is sent or saved. There is no email gate.
